“No Brainer” Interview Tips
Putting things in perspective:
Remember the interviewer is human, so don’t worry about being nervous.
Relax. Focus on breathing-deep long breathes.
Preparation:
Do your homework on the company. Do you really want to work for them?
Know exactly what you want and what the employer wants.
Practice. Practice Practice talking yourself up.  With a friend, on a camcorder and in front of the mirror.
 
The Interview:
Go to interview ON TIME!
Bring copies resume and cover letter. Also bring references.
Wear impressive clothing, look good= feel good!
Respect gets respect
Watch your body language.
Make small talk to lighten the mood.
Commitment and Hardworking are qualities and interviewer wants to see.
A good answer is complete, to the point and highlights something about yourself.
Know where you are going. Be clear, direct and allow speech to flow. 
Take the ball and run with it! Take charge.
Be attentive, focused and clear.   
ASK QUESTIONS!!!!
Bargaining Salary and Benefits:
Know your worth and don’t underestimate yourself.
Eagerness=SUCKER!!
Offer reasons why you deserve extra cash.
Special skills and background (bilingual?).
Make a deal for the pay to increase the longer you work for them.
Don’t forget a thank you letter or follow up call afterwards.*remember your interviewers’ name*
Don’t accept the job right away-Thank the employer and give them an exact time you will get back with them. Don’t be desperate.
